🙀totally forgot to post the last clip of my leg workout!! Lunges are life and if you don't incorporate them during leg day you ... should! Love either finishing with lunges until complete failure or super setting them with squats on a hypertrophy day. Typically I'll use a barbell that'll sit on my traps instead of holding dumb bells off to my sides for form purposes but 🤷🏻♀️ Enjoy 😘.
