Brigitte Goudz I was really hesitant

I was really hesitant to post this for a number of reasons. I've kept this picture since October and was constantly looking at it and thinking why should I be ashamed to post a picture of this publicly ? Should I not be proud of my body? This is not a typical photo shoot for a girl such as myself as It's completely out of my comfort zone. As the offseason has commenced there are days where I'm super critical of the way I look ESPECIALLY with social media involved. It's hard not to compare yourself to girls who have been doing this for way longer than I have. By doing this, I have you lost sight of the progress I have made. So I ask, for anyone feeling this way.. Try comparing yourself to YOURSELF. Look back at everything you've accomplished (in or out of the gym) and know that even if it's little progress it's STILL progress. Having patience and faith is 🔑. I will make this my mantra for this upcoming year. For those who have read this entire post THANK YOU🙌🏽 the positivity everyone brings doesn't go unnoticed and I'm forever grateful 🙏🏽 remember to love yourself , flaws and all 💜.
