Baby got back ππ½ besides training legs, I absolutely LOVE training my back. Fun fact: I was never able to do pull-ups until I started incorporating them first thing at the start of every training session. If you can't do weighted pull-ups it's okay. Body weight/assisted will doππ½ Resting periods no longer than 60 seconds. You should be drippin π¦ #motivationmonday •
