October 2016👉🏽 July 2017(weighed less in October btw). In between these two pictures I had a great offseason. I ate close to 2500 calories and loved every second of it 🤤. You can't expect growth while eating in a deficit. Sure, you won't be a lean bean and your abs will disappear but it'll be worth it 🙌🏽😁.
